What Are Your Favourite Books?

Okay, so Treorchy E-Teens at Treorchy Library are considering an online book club and want to know what books that you young people are interested in. Are you the type to be weeping over a romantic novel? Or perhaps books such as the Harry Potter tend to excite you? I want to know your favourite book. I’m sending all the suggestions to E-Teens soon so let me know what books you struggled to put down and had you on the edge of your seat!

A few of my favourites are:-

?Love Lessons by Jacqueline Wilson- I couldn’t put this book down. The book is about a girl called Prue, who was home schooled with her little sister by her control freak of a father, until he has a stroke. They end up going to normal school for the first time in years and Prue ends up falling for her art teacher. Does she end up with him? Well, I’ll let you find that out.

?Miles to Go by Miley Cyrus- Now, come on. You should be able to see by my username that I like Miley, so obviously I am going to like her auto-biography! I believe that you shouldn’t judge her until you read this book. Read it and you’ll see why.

?The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks- Another book I struggled to put down. I stayed up until 5am to finish reading it, resulting in me being absolutely knackered the next day but it was worth it. Bad girl Veronica ‘Ronnie’ Miller and her brother are made to spend the summer with their father. Ronnie has a grudge against her dad after he and her mother split up. She ends up meeting surfer hottie and heartthrob, Will, who she ends up having an on/off relationship with. But what is the reason for her parents to desperately spend the summer with her father?

So come on, let me know what your favourite books are. It’ll be a big help for E-Teens and maybe you’ll find out about some new books. Who knows?
