The meetings will be held at various locations across the authority. YEPS will be providing transport for these meetings via a shared bus which will be confirmed before each meeting.

Rhondda bus:
- Depart Venue at – 6:10pm
- Ysgol Gyfun Cwm Rhondda – 6:30pm
- Porth Community School – 6:40pm
- Ysgol Nant Gwyn – 6:50pm
- Treorchy Comprehensive School – 7:05pm
- Ferndale Community School- 7:25pm
Taf bus:
- Depart Venue at – 6:10pm
- Ysgol Garth Olwg – 6:30pm
- Bryn Celynnog Comprehensive School – 6:40pm
- Tonyrefail Community School – 6:55pm
- Y Pant Comprehensive School – 7:10pm
- Ysgol Llanhari – 7:20pm
