A Nightmare on Elm Street
OMG No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A Remake of Wes Cravens 1984 classic horror film that spawned so many sequels. Now, we get back to roots of the nightmare with a new cast, Rooney Mara as Nancy, Jackie Earle Haley (Little Children, The Bad News Bears) as Freddy Kruger. Also starring Kyle Gallner (Red), Kellan Lutz (Twilight), Katie Cassidy and Thomas Dekkar. Directed by Samuel Bayer. I love the idea of giving Freddy a character and if they develop him like they did Micheal in Rob-Zombies Halloween its sure to be a lot more intresting, I like how they make it so Freddy might be innocent of the crimes he was killed for. The Nightmare films and Freddy are legend tho and its hard to imagine anyone but Enguland playing him imo plus the fact they had to reshoot because this didn’t look scary enough just is not promising.

Friday July 2, 2010

The Last Airbender

Premise of the show is quite interesting involving quests, powers and the elements. Stars Dev Patel, Cliff Curtis, Nicola Peltz, Noah Ringer, Jessica Andres and Jackson Rathbone (Twilight). I loved the TV series titled AVATAR::The last air bender (The film was renamed due to Camerons Avatar) and I’ve been impressed by the trails and clips. I don’t rate Shyamalan much tbh but this is the first time iv seen him direct something using existing source material and im interested to see if he will turn it into some hardcore awesomeness.

Sounds like 7a to me Hmm. Well, fans know what it is Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson reprise their roles as Harry, Ron and Hermione and will most certainly be getting into and out of trouble.

Wednesday November 24, 2010

Poltergeist (2010)
