Ensure you have your parent/guardians email address or mobile number available, as you’ll need these to gain consent.

Your space on the activity won’t be 100% confirmed until the consent form is returned.

Holiday Provision

Rock Climbing @ Boulders
Youth Club Rock Climbing Trip to Boulders Newport Road, Cardiff.
The bus will be leaving Ferndale Community School at 10:30am and return to Ferndale at approximately 3:30pm
This trip will include 1 hour of Rock Climbing led by qualified Boulders instructors. There will also be pizza provided by Boulders included in the booking.
Please can young people wear appropriate sports clothing and trainers to take part in the rock climbing activity. We’d also recommend bringing some drinks even though there will be food/drink provided by the facility.

Cambrian Sport & Activity Day
Trip to the Cambrian Lakeside in Tonypandy for a day of sports and activities. The bus will leave Ferndale Community School at 11:30am and return to Ferndale at approximately 3:30pm.
Activities will include some of the following – canoeing, football, boxing, rugby, cricket & athletics. Please can young people wear sports clothing and trainers appropriate for the 3G pitch. Please also bring weather appropriate clothing, and young people are welcome to bring a change of clothes if needed. We would also recommend bringing a packed lunch with drinks for the day.
