The Employment, Education and Training Team
Rhondda Cynon Taf’s Employment, Education and Training (EET) Team was established in 2014 and since then has delivered a range of activities in relation to EET, including apprenticeship and graduate schemes, careers fairs, cater to work and children looked after provisions and careers and the world of work sessions within our secondary schools. The team is split into 3 sub-teams; The Apprenticeship and Graduate Team, The Children Looked After (CLA) Team and The Education Team.
We also have a Post-16 Team within YEPS, which includes 4 Transitional Support Worker’s (TSW’s). Our TSW’s provide tailored support to young people aged 16-25 who are at risk of, or who have disengaged from education, employment or training.
