Ensure you have your parent(s)/carer(s)’ email address or mobile number available, as you’ll need these to gain consent.

Your space on the activity won’t be 100% confirmed until the consent form is returned.

Holiday Provision

LC2 Swimming Trip
Pick up at 10am at Pengelli layby, Treorchy, return around 4pm
Please ensure you bring appropriate swimwear, a towel and £1 for the locker
Please bring a packed lunch or money to purchase lunch
Cinema Trip
Showcase Cinema, Nantgarw

Easter Well-being Day!
Join YEPS/Play for a day of free activities for all the family to get involved in, at Rhondda Fach Leisure Centre, Tylorstown 11.30am to 2.30pm.

No pre-booking is required, just register on the day.
All are welcome from 0 to 25 years old. No transport provided.
All under 11's must be accompanied by an adult.
